A new addition has been added to the Allan Hancock College football program; a brand new $133,000.00 scoreboard.
For a number of years, the Bulldogs had to play at Righetti until Arroyo Grande donated their old scoreboard to AHC so they could play at home. Now, the Bulldogs have a scoreboard of their very own.
The city of Santa Maria contributed $10,000.00 for the scoreboard, and it should be ready for their scrimmage this Saturday against Compton College.
"It's outstanding. If you take one look at it, it's something to be proud of," Athletic Director Kimberly Ensing said. "It's something that our football program is going to be proud of, our coaching staff to be proud of, and our entire department is very proud of what this means to our football program."
