Nightmare on Main Street set to spook people of all ages, donate money to good causes

Posted: Updated:

The Nightmare on Main Street in Templeton is putting the finishing touches on its abandoned haunted house for all the creatures of the night.

Starting on Friday, the haunted house will invite guests to be frightened and spooked at each and every turn. The Nightmare on Main Street will be open Oct. 13-14, 20-21, 27-28, 30-31, and Nov. 3-4 starting at 7 p.m. Special lights on tours for younger visitors will take place at 5 p.m. on Oct. 21 and 28.

Entrance costs $10. Organizers said the proceeds will go to benefit other local nonprofits and organizations. Last year, Nightmare on Main raised more then $14,000.
