Local Dodger fan says he's loyal. His tattoo says otherwise

Posted: Updated:

Many Central Coast fans gathered at different restaurants and bars to watch the Dodgers play in game 1 of the World Series. One particular Dodger fan says he is a longtime loyal fan.

Michael Miller said he has been a fan for 29 years ever since former Dodgers' pinch hitter Kirk Gibson hit a home run in the 1988 World Series.

Albeit, Miller has a San Francisco Giants tattoo on his right calf that will last much longer than 29 years.

"I'm a very loyal Dodger fan. However, in 2012 I made a bet with my best friend. Whoever got further in the postseason, the person would get the opposing team's tattoo. I'll say that no other Dodger fan in history would get this done. My time to shine," said Miller.
