Santa Maria family goes all out for Halloween

Posted: Updated:

A Santa Maria family has turned the front yard of their home into a spooky sight this Halloween.

"Everything was handmade," explained Kara Walker. "It took a lot of time, a lot of hours. I started in June to make all of this stuff."

Walker says she's been working on the idea for the past three years.

"This will go up every year. Every year it will grow. I already have plans for next year, what I'm gonna do," Walker said. This is like a lifelong passion. This will never stop."

You can check out the Walker's Halloween display for yourself. The home is located on the 500 block of Poppy Lane.
