Local residents sung a few high notes at Cuesta College on Sunday in the seventh annual CPAC Gala, named "Made in the USA."
The theme played tribute to classical American music for the Veterans Day holiday weekend.
The gala featured Mimi Blais, Carl Sonny Leyland, and Gary Ryan.
The yearly event was hosted by the Cultural and Performing Arts Center and is meant to honor our local veterans.
"Because they do so much for our country and get so little in repayment," said Roxanne Carr, the president of the Cuesta Performing Arts Center.
KSBY's Dan Shadwell was also there to pay his respects as emcee.
Residents have started a campaign to "Save the Dragon".
