An Arroyo Grande movie theater wants to sell beer and wine during its normal hours of operation.
The Arroyo Grande Planning Commission says the Regal Arroyo Grande Stadium 10 theater has put in a request to sell alcoholic beverages.
The city will consider the theater's application at an unspecified later date but did mention the permit it applied for would be permanent and only for beer and wine.
This theater would not be the only one to serve alcohol in San Luis Obispo County; the Downtown Centre 7 Cinema and the Galaxy Atascadero are two examples of theaters that already offer alcoholic beverages.
