Thomas Fire evacuees offered free places to stay

The Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians is offering free rooms to Thomas Fire evacuees at its Hadsten House Inn & Spa in Solvang.

A limited number of rooms will be available through Sunday, Dec. 10. 

To book a room, Thomas Fire evacuees should call the hotel at (800) 457-5373.

The Hadsten House Inn & Spa is located at 1450 Mission Drive.

Evacuees are being invited to stay in furnished Luv 2 Camp trailers free of charge at the Pismo Coast Village RV Resort in Pismo Beach. The trailers are outfitted with sleeping bags, food and other amenities.  Evacuees with RVs can also find free lodging at the resort. For more information, call (805) 773-1811.

Hotels and motels in San Luis Obispo are also offering discounted room rates to wildfire evacuees.
