Small fires break out along Highway 1 near Cayucos

Firefighters are looking into some small fires that started along Highway 1 Monday afternoon. 

CAL FIRE San Luis Obispo says one of the fires, just north of Cayucos, burned half an acre before it was contained. 

The second fire, about two miles north of Cayucos, was described as a 10x30 foot spot fire. 

There's no word on how either fire started.
