Posted: Updated:

MONROVIA, Calif. (AP) - Police in Southern California say a reputed gang member suspected of killing one man and wounding two others in a shooting at a bar has turned himself in to authorities.

Michael Lowe was fatally shot Dec. 2 in the Los Angeles suburb of Monrovia. Investigators say the 43-year-old was an innocent bystander when a fight erupted between rival gang members at the Gem City Bar and Grill.

City News Service reports Jeremiah LaCroix surrendered to sheriff's officials Sunday. The 31-year-old had been wanted on a murder warrant.

His older brother, William LaCroix Jr., and 33-year-old Erika Torres were arrested after the shooting and could face charges including murder.

It wasn't immediately known if the defendants have attorneys.
