Evacuation warnings and order for many Santa Barbara County residents will be lifted effective at noon Saturday as more than 2,000 personnel continue to clean up after Tuesday morning's mudslide.

The areas affected include Summerland and Carpinteria.
Meanwhile, most areas in Montecito remain under mandatory evacuation orders. In addition, a boil water order is still in effect for customers in the Montecito Water District, which includes Summerland.
Caltrans says it hopes to have some sort of timeline Monday on when Highway 101 may reopen in the Montecito area.
