Monday will be another day of dry conditions and above normal daytime temperatures.

A ridge of high pressure off the coast of California is blocking any relief from the heat. At the beaches, highs are expected to be in the mid to high 70s, while daytime highs for the coastal and inland valleys will range from high 70s to mid-80s.

The coastline will have light fog and clouds Monday morning but those conditions are not expected to shift inland so it will be a mostly clear day for the Central Coast.

Mild 10-15 mile per hour onshore winds are in the forecast through Thursday and are expected to increase by Friday and Saturday. As for temperatures, as of right now it doesn't look like much will change in San Luis Obispo County by the end of the week. However, areas along the coast in Santa Barbara County will likely cool by about five degrees come Friday.
