Three St. Joseph Knights ink college commitment on National Signing Day

Posted: Updated:

St. Joseph High School celebrated three football players on National Signing Day.

Timothy Miller is a linebacker and has committed to Cal Poly.

"It's (Cal Poly) kind of been around here, growing up in the area, going to Cal Poly games as a young kid. Our family has season tickets so I was a big supporter of Cal Poly football," Miller said.

His brother, Joseph Miller signed with Rocky Mountain College in Montana. The two transferred to St. Joseph from Mission Prep after the Royals announced its transition from 11-man to 8-man football.

"It just felt right. I fell in love with the players, coaching, the staff, and the area felt like home to me," Joseph Miller said.

Mason Biely is a wide receiver and will continue playing football at Kansas Wesleyan. "They have a lot of young coaches there who really care about the players, really care about what they're doing, and that's what I love about it," Biely said.
