Thursday there will be lingering low clouds and fog along the coastline of the Central Coast but temperatures are going to be meeting above seasonal averages.

Daytime highs at the beaches will range from the mid-60s to mid-75s depending on how long the coastal fog will stick around Thursday. The coastal valleys are forecast to be much warmer with temperatures ranging from the high 70s to low 80s. Daytime highs in the inland valleys are expected to be a little cooler with temperature in the mid to high 70s.

Offshore flow will also continue Thursday with winds below advisory level staying within a five to 20 mile per hour range. An upper-level ridge of high pressure is keeping temperatures warm for the next two days but a cooler air mass is in the forecast for the weekend, which is expected to bring breezy to windy conditions and temperatures that will feel much more seasonal.
