A woman suspected of driving under the influence was arrested by deputies patrolling the Montecito disaster area Sunday morning.

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office says 40-year-old Rebecca Amaya was speeding and failing to stop at stop signs near Coast Village Road around 12:30 a.m., and eventually crashed onto the Union Pacific train tracks.

Deputies say records showed Amaya's driver's license was currently suspended and she is on DUI probation out of Ventura County with a "no alcohol" clause.

She was arrested for DUI, evading a peace officer, and driving on a suspended license. Her bail was set at $100,000.
