Buellton city council members could decide Thursday night on a mixed-use project in the city.
At Thursday's meeting, council members could approve "The Hub" project near the end of Industrial Way.
It would include 50 multi-family housing units, a community center, 46,000 square feet of industrial space, and 28,000 square feet of office space.
The developers would also build more than 300 parking spaces and would help restore Zaca Creek.
The meeting starts at 6 p.m.
