Search and rescue teams began searching for a missing Paso Robles woman Saturday and have continued efforts into Sunday afternoon.

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office says 62-year-old Nancy Woodrum was last seen by neighbors Friday afternoon on the 5800 block of El Pharo Drive, in rural Paso Robles.

Woodrum's family reported her missing Saturday morning after they checked her residence and could not find her. Search and rescue teams started scouring nearby areas Saturday night and then resumed the search Sunday morning around 8 a.m.

Ground crews, K-9 officers and a helicopter from CHP are among the search efforts. Neighbors told KSBY that search crews left the area just after 11 a.m.

Woodrum is about 5'8" tall, weighs 145 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on Nancy's whereabouts should call the sheriff's office at (805) 781-4550.
