UPDATE: Police find 'at-risk' San Luis Obispo man

UPDATE (8:30 p.m.) - San Luis Obispo police say they've found an at-risk man who was missing.

Police Chief Deanna Cantrell tweeted Thursday night saying Spencer Vanderheyden was located and thanking everyone for help.

No details were provided regarding how or where he was found.

ORIGINAL STORY - San Luis Obispo police are asking for the community's help in locating an at-risk man. 

Spencer Vanderheyden, 28, lives in San Luis Obispo and was reported missing by concerned family members early Thursday. 

Police have not said when or where Vanderheyden was last seen but wrote in a tweet, "Due to the circumstances surrounding his disappearance he is considered 'at risk.'"
