Homeless man arrested for child pornography charges

San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's detectives say they have arrested a homeless man for possession of child pornography. Detectives arrested 68-year-old Lawrence Baughman on Thursday. A new arraignment date is set for the Arroyo Grande City Councilman accused of domestic violence. Forty-three-year-old Ed Arnold will be arraigned on Jan. 25.
