Santa Barbara county is considering fee increases at its parks and beaches to offset financial troubles due to the economy. Campgrounds, sports fields, and picnic tables are all included in the increase. The New Cuyama pool, which opened in August would change from a free entry to $2 per swimmer.... more » -
