A Santa Barbara teenager was sent to the hospital this morning with major injuries after getting hit by a car while crossing Highway 101. The California Highway Patrol says the incident happened around 6 a.m. on the 101 near Castillo Street. Two 15-year-old boys were crossing the freeway... more »
