    A Santa Barbara man is arrested, accused of passing some counterfeit bills. Officers were called out last Friday to the McDonald's on Milpas Street.   • Secret Service says counterfeit bills could be in Paso Robles

    The U.S. Secret Service alerted the Paso Robles Police Department today that counterfeit $100 bills could be circling the area. No suspicious bills have been reported yet.
