Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Deputies arrested two men they say cultivated marijuana on the south coast and then trafficked it by using the web site, Craigslist. A Cayucos man whose surfboard was stolen from his backyard one month ago, was back in the water Thursday thanks to an undercover sting on Craigslist.
