Coroner rules deadly Cuesta Grade crash a suicide Play Video

The San Luis Obispo County Coroner's Office has ruled January's deadly crash on the Cuesta Grade a suicide. The Coroner has identified the driver as 41-year-old Jesus Valenzuela, of Grover Beach. Cuesta College cuts could flood Hancock College summer enrollment
