The Central Coast Water Board is getting a big payout from Greka Oil and Gas. The board agreed to accept Greka's $400,000 settlement for violating cleanup requirements for oily dirt. Approximately 250 barrels of mostly produced water and crude oil spilled at the Greka Oil Lease facility in Santa Maria, according to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
