Daylight Saving Time kicks back in this weekend. We "spring ahead" on Sunday, losing an hour of sleep that we'll retrieve when we "fall back" in November. Back in 2005, lawmakers extended daylight saving time by four weeks in an effort to conserve energy. It officially started in 2007.... more »
