Dave Hovde joined KSBY News as chief meteorologist in the spring of 2003. Dave presents Central Coast weather Monday through Friday on KSBY News at 5:00, 6:00, 6:30 and 11:00 p.m. Dave is a member of the American Meteorological Society and the National Weather Association and holds active broadcast seals with both organizations. Bill Halter

Bill joined the KSBY News team in 2010 as Weekend Sports Anchor and Multi-Media Journalist from KFYR-TV in Bismarck, North Dakota where he was a sports anchor and reporter. Standing at a height of 6 feet, 7 inches tall, Bill Halter could be mistaken as a professional basketball player.
