  4-vehicle crash in Santa Ynez

  The California Highway Patrol is on the scene of a crash involving four vehicles in Santa Ynez. It happened just before 5:30 p.m. on Highway 246 at North Refugio Road. The CHP says injuries are minor. Traffic is backed up in the area.

  It happened around 9:00 p.m. Thursday.
