Posted 5:23 PM 1/11/2012 : High clouds kept down the high temps, but warmer conditions ahead to close the week
A very cool start this morning and with ample high clouds the radiation from the sun had a tough time turning temps around, however it did ultimately end up right around normal for daytime highs.
The high clouds are from a SW flow encouraged by an upper low spinning off the coast.
