On the eve of National Signing Day, Arroyo Grande High kicker Garrett Owens had a change of heart. His father Heath told KSBY that Garrett has decided to accept a greyshirt scholarship offer to play at Oregon State.

He will technically greyshirt next season, which means he will not play
