Parker Ray threw a called third strike with the tying run at second base to help the San Luis Obispo Blues beat the Santa Barbara Foresters 5-3 to reclaim first place on Tuesday night in Sinsheimer Stadium.

The Blues improved to 15-8 in California Collegiate League action and 26-12 overall
