A Clovis man was arrested Saturday in connection with the alleged hit-and-run of a police SUV in San Luis Obispo last month, the California Highway Patrol said.

Officers with the Santa Maria Police Department and CHP arrested Wade Evin Hamby, 49, on Cat Lane in Santa Maria around 2:30 p.m.
