The Food Bank of Santa Barbara County is hosting the 11th annual "Empty Bowls Fundraiser" today. With a donation of $25 you will get a handmade bowl filled with soup, served with bread and water. The bowl is yours to keep. The non-profit serves more than 100,000 people
