Posted 6:27 PM 2/6/2013 : Santa Maria police say driver allegedly involved in fatal hit-and-run was unlicensed

KSBY is learning more about Tuesday night's hit-and-run in Santa Maria that killed a 56 year-old man and his dog.

Investigators aren't releasing the victim's name but the Lompoc Unified School District told KSBY the victim was an employee of the district.
