According to a spokesperson for Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center in San Luis Obispo, the bicyclist killed in a collision with a semi-truck Wednesday morning was part of a 20-person anesthesiologist team that works at the hospital.
The bicyclist was identifed as Damian Horstman, 39.
