Both San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara County are expecting a good turnout Tuesday for election day.

The San Luis Obispo County Clerk-Recorder's office says it generally sees fewer voters during a midterm election. It predicts a 60 to 70% voter turnout. But so far, it's already received
