The San Luis Obispo man accused of strangling his neighbor back in September pleaded not guilty in court Monday.

Edmund Nungaray is charged in the death of Deidre Crowley, 46 at their apartment complex on Bullock Lane.Nungaray's jury trial is scheduled for July 8th.
