A first of its kind fitness retreat is coming to San Luis Obispo County.

It will be held at the Dolphin Bay Resort in Shell Beach.

The two-day weekend will incorporate a full day's workout led by Owner and Trainer of MZR Fitness in San Luis Obispo Mike Robinson.
