Santa Maria Police Chief Ralph Martin tells KSBY the man killed in an officer-involved shooting in the city Sunday night has been identified as Robert Guzman, 50.

It happened at a home on East Sunset Avenue just after 10 p.m.

Police said Guzman had approached officers with a weapon
