Heart disease is the number one killer in the U.S., claiming more than 865,000 lives a year.

It came as a shock when it claimed the life of a friend to many of us in the community and here at KSBY, the popular spokesperson for the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Department Rob Bryn.
