Posted 4:35 PM 8/28/2012 : Two teens charged with burning down an historic hall in Arroyo Grande are heading to prison

Brian Ray Bellrose, 16, and Caleb Pelletier, 18, were sentenced in court Monday afternoon.

Pelletier will serve 5 years in prison while Bellrose will receive 7 years eight months. The teens are headed to Wasco State Prison.

Both entered pleas of no contest to some of the 15 felony
