Weather poised to make major changes later this week

Major weather pattern changes are poised to take place in the West.  The largest impacts will be in the Pacific NW and in northern CA however models are bullish on the Central Coast getting at least .50" of rain and possibly as much as 2" (depending on which model you look at) between Friday
