  The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory for Santa Barbara County until three Sunday morning. North to northwest winds between 20-30 miles per hour will develop through and below passes and canyons.   Number of tornadoes in Texas outbreak Wednesday increased to 16

  The National Weather Service now says 16 tornadoes touched down in north central Texas on Wednesday. Initial estimates put that number at 10, however the NWS added six more throughout Thursday afternoon and night.
