Former Los Angeles traffic cop John Dancler is trying to get his job back.

Angeline O'Grady's husband Brian died from cancer last October.
"He was a great guy -- he doesn't deserve this," O'Grady said.
On November 1 she was on her way to England to scatter Brian's ashes in his hometown of Hull when the airline lost her husband's remains, she says.

A 2-year-old orange tabby cat now goes by the name Cupid after he survived being shot with an arrow that pierced his shoulder blades.
The stray was seen walking around a Houston, Texas neighborhood for three days with the arrow sticking out of his body, but no one could catch him.

One Oregon nativity display is more of a close encounter of the third kind type.
Portland artist Matt Henderson created the nativity scene using alien figurines.
