Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Here are some of the events happening around the Central Coast:

SATURDAY, MARCH 2

Red Panda Experience Grand Opening
10 a.m.
Charles Paddock Zoo, 9100 Morro Rd., Atascadero
Celebrate the grand opening of the new Thelma Vetter Red Panda Experience. The first 100 people at the zoo will receive half-priced admission. Plus, enter a raffle to win tickets to Brew at the Zoo and Ice Cream Zoofari.
Admission: 12 and up $7, 3-11 $5, seniors 65+ $6, children 2 and under admitted for free.

SYV Touch-A-Truck
10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Bethania Preschool, 611 Atterdag Rd., Solvang
Take the kids to climb on, climb in, honk horns, and turn on sirens of all kinds of vehicles. There will also be face painting, bounce houses, and pizza. Proceeds benefit the preschool.
Admission: $5 per person, or $20 for a family of 5

Share the Love Fashion Show
10:30 a.m. & 5:30 p.m.
Madonna Expo Center, 100 Madonna Rd., San Luis Obispo
Community members will strut their stuff on the runway and entertain the crowd with song and dance routines. Proceeds benefiting Stand Strong, Jack’s Helping Hand, and Woods Humane Society.

Art After Dark Paso
6-9 p.m.
Studios on the Park, 1130 Pine St., Paso Robles
Studios on the Park hosts an evening of art, wine, and live music. Saturday will mark the opening of “Veterans’ Voices II” and many of the artists will be on hand to speak with the public. Live music will be provided by DJ Ed Morris.

Cal Poly Just Jazz Concert
8 p.m.
Miossi Hall, Performing Arts Center, 1 Grand Ave., San Luis Obispo
Cal Poly’s University Jazz Bands will showcase the art of improvisation. The concert will cover several different eras and styles, including “Rush!” from the anime TV series “Cowboy Bebop,” “Big Swing Face” by Buddy Rich, the jazz/hip hop combo “Grass is Greener,” as well as traditional jazz, Latin jazz and more.

Japanese Drum Festival
11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
Valley of the Flowers United Church of Christ, 3346 Constellation Rd., Lompoc
Be entertained by O’Daiko drummers, check out an origami demonstration, Girl’s Day dolls on display, and taste Japanese food samples.
