Offshore winds in the morning hours will help keep skies partly cloudy into next week. Models are not optimistic about rain any time soon. There are some frontal passages to our north but nothing too threatening, but some models are showing a pattern shift around the 11th that could allow a larger system from the Pacific NW to drop south into the Central Coast.
The short term forecast will result in nice weather thru the weekend with temps running a little above normal. Over the weekend we'll see a reduction of offshore flow leading to a few degrees of cooling but nothing dramatic. We could see some coastal clouds as a result.
By later Sunday a stronger north wind develops bringing temps back up a little Monday and Tuesday.
