A family-owned business that has been in Los Osos for 35 years is officially closing down.
One of the owners of Copy Spot & More, Gary Stalter, is set to undergo heart transplant surgery due to a life-threatening medical condition.
He is currently being treated at the UCLA Medical Center.
His wife Cathy and their family are selling everything in the store.
The Stalter family launched a GoFundMe page with a goal of $50,000 to cover medical expenses.
The family says they will move to Los Angeles to temporarily live closer to Gary during the recovery process.
