If you choose to celebrate 4/20 with cannabis consumption, AAA wants to make sure you and your car get home safely instead of driving impaired.
AAA will offer its Tipsy Tow service to everyone Friday through Saturday morning.
Tipsy Tow is usually offered during holidays and special events when a high volume of DUI arrests and alcohol-related crashes usually happen.
It is typically offered from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on the service day but on 4/20, Tipsy Tow will start at 4:20 p.m. on Friday, April 20 and continue until 4:20 a.m. April 21.
The service gives you a free ride up to 10 miles. You don’t need to be a AAA member to request a Tipsy Tow.
