Vandenberg Air Force Base will test launch an intercontinental ballistic missile Monday morning.
The launch window opens at 1:21 a.m. and will run until 7:21 a.m.
Officials say they’re performing an operational test launch of the Minuteman III ICBM.
Test launches give crews information on the system, procedures and final weapon deployment phases.
The last ICBM test launch out of Vandenberg was in late-April.
