The Avila Beach Blue’s Festival kicks off Sunday afternoon, and this year it’s free.
Organizers for the festival say it’s their way of saying "thank you" for 25 wonderful years of support for the festival.
As a treat, Orcutt native Pryor Baird – who recently competed on NBC’s "The Voice" – will be performing at the event.
Doors open at noon, and the first performance plays at 2 p.m.
