A 56-year-old man is charged with attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon in connection with a stabbing Thursday in Santa Barbara.
The incident happened near the Milpas Street roundabout.
Keith Kevin Nelson is accused of stabbing another man with a knife. Police say they found Nelson nearby and took him into custody.
The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment. His condition is unknown.
Nelson is expected to appear in court on Monday, June 11 for his arraignment.
